Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic Abroad Education Counselor to guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. You will be responsible for understanding students’ aspirations, helping them choose the right course and country, and supporting them through applications, admissions, and visa processes — making their global education journey smooth and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities based on their profile and preferences

• Help with country, university, and course selection

• Provide detailed guidance on application process, SOPs, LORs, scholarships, and visa formalities

• Follow up with students and maintain a positive relationship throughout the process

• Keep updated with global education trends and university updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless student support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

• 1+ year experience in counseling or education sector preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

• Comfortable using CRM or student management software
