Business Development Executive

Location: On-site, Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments and build strategic partnerships. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, follow up with leads, represent the company at events, and collaborate with internal teams to grow our footprint in the study abroad market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outreach, partnerships, events, and digital channels

  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and convert them into enrolled students

  • Build and maintain relationships with school/college coordinators and agents

  • Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and info sessions

  • Meet weekly/monthly conversion targets

  • Provide market feedback to improve services and outreach

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–2 years of sales or BD experience (education sector preferred)

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and hit sales targets

  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events

  • Self-motivated, driven, and performance-oriented
